Change XP Start Button Name

Generally, in windows xp at the left side of the taskbar, there is the start button. There appear the Start text by default. That text can be changed as per your wish.
Before Proceeding, Go to C:/windows/ and backup the explorer.exe file.
- Download the resource Hacker Software from the link below and open it.
- Go to File and click on the Open and select explorer.exe from C:/WINDOWS/
- For Xp Layout Click the plus next to the 37 folder, and click on the green icon with the text 1033.
- For Classic Layout Click the plus next to the 38 folder, and click on the green icon with the text 1033

- Edit the start text to whatever you want.
- Click Compile Script then file save as your requirement. E.g. subirank.exe
- Close Resource Hacker and go to Start-Run
- Type regedit to bring up the registry editor
- Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrentVersion/Winlogon
- Open the file called shell and replace the text that says explorer.exe to the exe you created in Resource Hacker
- Close Registry and logoff or restart your Computer.
